Formulation  ~

It depends, if it is a private label formula, the process takes between 1 and 7 days. If it is a full custom formula, the process is between 10-20 days. 

We do offer IP ownership of the formula as a paid service or with the placement of a production order. Terms and conditions apply. 

Choosing your ingredients is an option or we can suggest similar ingredients to make MOQs and speed of launch faster. 

It depends on the number of variations that could range from 1 to 6 weeks.

Production ~

Our daily production capability ranges from 1,000-10,000 units per day. On average production takes between 2-8 weeks based on raw material availability of the product.

We conduct strict QA & QC protocol and follow GMP ISO standard which reduce margins of error by more than 99%. 

Additionally we conduct a monthly microbiology test for the facility as well as stability testing for every batch, formula and production. 

Yes, we do offer packaging solutions and sourcing. That includes, bottles, labels, boxes and more..

We have worked with over 100+ brands. however, due to privacy and NDAs we do not disclose retail brands. We value our clients privacy. 

overseeing production is an option. However, terms and conditions apply. 

As for conducting photoshoots, we do offer that service as part of our open manufacturing policy. 

Compliance & Registration ~

We do offer montaji registration as a service as well as guarantee registration success. For orders above 20,000 AED (5,500 USD) we offer the service free of charge.

There are two types of certifications, Facility Specific and Product specific.

Facility we have the GMP-ISO 22716 and ISO 14001.

Product we can comply with all certifications (vegan, eco cert, cosmos, organic, etc..)

We base our compliance on the brand target market. However we comply usually with all major local and international authorities:

  • SFDA
  • USFDA
  • EU certification

We do help with international shipping by providing all required documentation (SDS, COA, Allergenic letter, packing list etc..). 
We also have partnered with multiple shipping companies to make international freight and transit easier for you. 

We have also partnered with local fulfilment companies to make your operations easier and more cost-effective.
